@SuperAzproductions It sounds like Dell 1525 that model has a very weak integrated graphics card and if those details are correct, then it can’t be removed. You should get a Clevo or Sager laptop, they are reasonably upgradeable.

@Nenyana Do you know if Dell Inspiron 1525 graphics card can be changed?

@SuperAzproductions Some high end laptops have removable graphics in the MXM type format. It is very easy to upgrade. I recommend MXM 3.0B.

i’am intersted in upgrading my laptops graphics card to a nividia geforce 5200, i wanted to check that my laptop can have its graphics card upgraded and if its compatible before i bought it. I’ve rung three places already and before i finish the first sentence i get “you can’t change a laptops graphics card they fused to the motherboard”. Well this is proof you can. Can anyone tell me if an fujistu siemens amilo L7320 can be upgraded to a Nividia geforce 5200?

To prevent leaving any marks on the case when you seperate the palm rest etc from the computer base use an old creditcard cash card etc this works very well for opening tabbed cases and tv remote controls etc without leaving any form of marks on the case i hope someone finds this tip useful. regards Richard…
